A small child on a small family camping trip to a well known national park wandered away from the camp site and went off into the wild. He was only two-years-old. The mother and father searched for several days along side friends, family and park rangers. After three days, when hope began to dwindle, the child was found in a cave with a family of bears. Thinking he was a lost cub the mother bear had taken the child and cared for him as one of her own.
As frantic as the parents were, the child sat comfortably in the arms of the large brown beast asleep and content. The rangers carefully immobilized the elder bears, and retrieved the wayward son. The doctors could find no health problems with the boy and he was quickly back at home with his parents.
But the boy was never the same.
I was that boy.
I am Bear.
